Window Treatment Wednesday--More Magnetic Curtain Ring Clip Ideas
Welcome to Window Treatment Wednesday--a weekly blog post where I share out of the box ideas and inspiration for your window treatments. Last week I shared how to make magnetic curtain ring clips and gave of ideas of how to embellish them with fabric buttons, antique buttons and glass tiles. This week I have two more fun ideas for embellishing magnetic curtain ring clips.

The first idea is for all those funky, junky, vintage lovers who have the need to repurpose everyday items. It uses these colorful little fellas that I picked up at an estate auction.

Simply add a magnet to the back of a vintage soda top and pair it with the magnetic curtain ring clips I showed last week and you have a whimsical vintage window treatment that would work wonderfully in a kids room, family room or office.

I work with vintage jewelry all the time when making my Infinity curtain tie backs and I love it! It also leaves me with a lot of "single ladies". That's what I single earrings that are perfect for a project like this. So this second idea uses sparkly, vintage earrings to give the burlap curtain a rough luxe look. Again, all you do is add a magnet to the back.

So have a little fun with your window treatments! I'd love to see what you do so be sure and email at sarah@upscaledownhome.com with your project.
