It's Time to Make the Donuts
Happy Monday bloggie friends! Let's just say I'm "antlered out". I spent all day Saturday and Sunday "plaiding" as we who are in the biz say and completed 22 antler sets. I felt like the guy on the old Dunkin Donuts commercial..."It's time to make the antlers; it's time to make the antlers." Thankfully, a grouping of 6 are already out the door on the way to Tennessee for the holidays.

I'm so thankful for the great response to the plaid antlers. One set was even featured on Etsy Finds, a daily email from Etsy headquarters. That was a first for me and it was pretty exciting to double the number of people visiting my shop that day.
I wanted to show you a new little twist that Mr. Upscale helped me with on a couple of antler sets. We added some years to the plaques with vintage adding machine numbers.

Did you notice the Buffalo check fabric? I found a great vintage Woolrich hunting jacket while out antiquing with Mr. Upscale last weekend. Isn't it perfect? I love giving new life to a jacket that had definitely seen better days. I have lots of other amazing finds that I want to share and hope to this week. I also will be completing some different projects this week to keep filling the virtual shelves before Black Friday.
