Inspired by Red Cars and Green Christmas Trees
I love that fact that in holiday decorating today any color combinations work. Use whatever you love, right?! Red is my favorite color and I've always loved the classic Christmas color combination of red and green. There is no lack of it on Pinterest. I've found myself pinning red cars and green Christmas trees like this one lately...

That's why when I saw little red vintage VW bug for half price at an antique store this weekend, I had to buy it and recreate this look in miniature.
I'm a little worried about the miniature family that drives this Bug because they have a headlight missing and I think they might have been a little over zealous with the size of their Christmas tree. Can you say, "Clark Griswold"? So, I am going to perch this cheery bright Bug in my Christmas decor until it is safely ensconced in its new home via my Etsy shop.
